We used this as a stop over for an early morning Key West express trip. Everyone from the check-in staff at the front desk to the breakfast crew were excellent. Rooms were very clean and the place is very convenient to restaurants as well as going to the marina. Rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. A very pleasant stay and we will definitely be back.
Loved the check in. Easy and fast. We didn’t know the pool was heated but that was such a plus for us! The outdoor bar was amazing. My only thing was the breakfast was a bit limited but other than that, great location and will visit again!

Great rooms/suites. Was nice to have some privacy with a bedroom. Will remember in the future if we need a kitchen. The couch bed was a little dirty when we opened it up for the kids, hair & stuff had fallen through. I had to ask for blankets for couch bed and go down to get them. They were not offered upon check-in even though our reservation specified children. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk, even had a wait at check-in. They did come through and restock towels in rooms but there were few pool towels and front desk said they didn't have any..? Outdoor pool was heated, not hot but tolerable. Good for kids. No hot tub. Great breakfast, many options. Location was decent, kinda in the middle of nowhere as far as not near a beach or an interstate. It was a good location and easy drive for attending Wootens tours.
Very comfortable, especially the bed...so comfy! The only issue was the 'storage' room next to my room was noisy w/ the housekeeping going in and out. Otherwise quite an enjoyable stay at Christmastime. More Christmas decorations perhaps would have made it even more festive!
One of the best Staybridge Suites we’ve stayed at in the U.S. We had a fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites Naples – Marco Island. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—welcoming smiles, quick check-in, and great local tips. The pool area is spotless and a true standout, with fun extra fountains and plenty of loungers. The on-site Tiki bar is perfect for a cold drink between dips. Mornings start strong with a great breakfast, including lots of fresh fruit. Our room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and felt very modern—basically brand-new. The fitness room is well equipped, and the free guest laundry is an absolute game-changer for travelers. Parking is abundant, with some covered spots, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent: about 12 minutes by car to Naples, and there are plenty of shops and places to grab food within a short walk. Bottom line: Outstanding value, top-notch amenities, and a team that truly cares. This is easily one of the best Staybridge Suites we’ve visited in the USA. Highly recommended!
Overall a diamond in the rough. Excellent team, Maxine, Jay, Stacey. The rooms are exceptional for the price, beds and sheets are comfortable, kitchen efficiency has full kitchen appliances, and utensils, plates and the essential items. The bathroom is new-ish along with how the room is decorated. So clean and spacious. Parking is free and protected from the sun. So appreciate how flexible they are about reservations. Great location.
We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel!! Our room was spacious and comfortable, staff was friendly (although most of the time there was no one at the front desk when we walked by), and it is in a safe and convenient location near plenty of restaurants and shopping. The bed did have some gross stains underneath and there was a spot that looked like on the front of the toilet when we checked in, but other than that the room was clean. Overall we enjoyed staying here and can't wait to stay again!
